I love this pillow! High or low loft, is a dream come true!
I have had C-vertebrae instability for over 20yrs, and combined with hot flashes, really made bedtime a chore and was never restorative.

I own a Pearl pillow. The biggest plus about this pillow is the long lasting cool temperature. It stays cool from bedtime until dawn. It also gives me a long restful sleep because I am not waking up from sleep apnea. This pillow is worth every penny and I am forever hooked!

I have had the Pearl for a couple weeks now, and love the pillow for several reasons! One, it keeps my head cool (not cold), but cool enough that my hair doesn’t get really messy. I guess my head secretly sweats while sleeping and my hair is always a mess when I wake up. With the Pearl, my hair looks the same as when I fell asleep. Second, the pillow is the perfect height for my neck and shoulders. I fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side. So typically a pillow is either too low or too high depending if I am on my back or side. The Pearl is just perfect for either position! Third, the pillow feels soft when my head rests on it. I typically use down pillows because other materials tend to be stiff and firm when my head rests on it. The Pearl provides the same soft feeling of a down pillow without the sinking! This pillow is a keeper!
